New Design

Wahaha.. trying to find a new blog skins recently.. but no one suit my eyes.. actually wanna to find a skins tt look a little abstract and also professional.. but den.. err... haha... decided on this.. which dun seems to fit wat i tryin to find.. hmm~ hahaha.. anyway... juz settled down with this first while i look for new one.. =)

These few days... quite stressed... abt? a lot of things... sort of tell myself that you cant see a book by its cover... same apply to people... mb that person might look very hardworking.. and humble.. but u might be shocked to see the true self... sometimes things are juz not wat u expected..

Last sun.. jxb.. wat can i say is smooth.. =) lmcb... hope they enjoy the activities...

Job Description

As an Education Associate, you will work with teachers to enhance the learning and holistic development of secondary school students in the Normal course [i.e. Normal (Academic) & Normal (Technical)]. Your key responsibilities include:

(i) Provide teaching and learning support for students within and outside classroom

• Undertake co-teaching responsibilities
• Assist in lesson planning and administer tests and evaluate students' work
• Assist in developing additional learning support programmes for students
• Provide specific learning support for individual or a group of students outside classroom

(ii) Provide pastoral and welfare support to students

• Assist in the delivering of pastoral and welfare programme for students
• Provide differentiated support for their individual needs and work closely with teachers and parents for the well-being of the students

(iii) Assist in the conduct of Co-curricular Programme and accompany students on visits, trips and out of school activities
